I painted a couple things for my sister’s wedding present.

Presents are hard because you never know what someone’s house is going to look like, where they want to hang things, etc.  I kept these both pretty black-and-white to keep them versatile.

This was meant to kind of look like a snow-covered mountain – hoping her and her husband’s relationship is powerful thing for them to rely on and continue to grow.  Title was stolen from a Passion Pit song.

Initial idea was a firework explosion (wedding, celebration, etc.).  The final result just kind of came out of that.
